Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PEXIA covering your use of the PEXIA app and website. By creating an account or using PEXIA, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite to your company workspace.

Your content

You own the projects, photos, recordings, and documents you create in PEXIA. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service for you — including sending it to our AI provider when you request a draft, and publishing it to a customer link when you choose to share it.

You confirm you have the right to capture and upload the photos, recordings, and customer details you put into PEXIA.

AI drafts are not professional advice

PEXIA generates drafts from your photos, notes, and voice. Drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Prices, quantities, scopes, and reports must be reviewed and approved by you before they are relied on or sent to a customer. PEXIA is not a substitute for your professional judgement, licensing obligations, or code compliance, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and your customer.

Plans, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid plan. AI actions consume credits from your company's balance; credit costs per action are shown in the app. When your balance runs out, AI generation pauses until credits renew or you add more — your existing projects stay accessible.

Trials and included credits are described at signup. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select, and unless required by law they are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to access another company's data; probe, scan, or interfere with the service or its security; automate abusive volumes of AI requests or otherwise circumvent credit metering; resell or white-label the service without our written agreement; or use PEXIA to create misleading documentation for a customer or insurer.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PEXIA available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PEXIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost work, or estimating errors arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using PEXIA and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or fails to pay.
